Dominican University has received an SOS from the Village of River Forest requesting volunteers to help clean the basements of senior citizens affected by the recent flooding. If you can help out on Friday, September 19, please contact Jessica Mackinnon at (708) 524-6289. Volunteers will meet at a to-be-determined staging area and and will be transported to seniors’ homes near Lake and Thatcher Streets. Thank you in advance for helping our community neighbors!
